Order Processing
Our apparel is pressed in-house. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your Conejo Co. purchase!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Because our apparel is prepared to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues and changes of mind. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order. 

If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and reviewed.
